Bathroom 1650 X --- floor to ceiling, strip everything out (seratone, bath, vanity, vinyl.) Install insulation in outside wall, install hardiglaze smooth white lining, install --- corner shower in same corner as existing bath plumbing inlets and outlets, install adjustable shower rose, shower mixer (uneven pressure), shower dome, install 600mm vanity and tapware in place of existing vanity, flat glass-only mirror to wall beside vanity, plain towel rail and towel hook or ring. Light installed on ceiling, existing light on wall removed and replaced with new lighting in same location which is above new mirror. Owner to supply shower, shower rose, tapware, mixer, vanity, mirror, light, showerdome No painting required. Vinyl flooring done afterwards. Note: Hot water from cylinder cannot be turned off. Header tank needs to be turned off or header outlet blocked. Other electrical work: Replace two kitchen spotlights with owners own (ceiling access not required) Replace two old ceiling light sockets with equivalent new. Disconnect and remove nightstore heater. Hoping to be able to do shower work between 27th sept and 6th oct while children away.
