New bathroom

I need old wall cladding taken off, and replaced with gib-board, shower recess is to be tiled so will need to be waterproofed. There is a sloping ceiling, lowest point is at shower area (2400 height), which slopes up to 2640 at highest point at other end. Length of walls is 2200 (just up to shower area which is to be tiled) (allowance for a doorway on one side and a long narrow window on other side of room). Width of room is 1800. Electrician will be needed to install new fan/light system or fan only above shower (I have a flat roofed home which might not allow for a fan/light 3-in-one as no roof cavity), also to install new lighting. Plumbing will also be required to install new vanity and toilet. I have a shower above bath at present, so no new plumbing would be required as new shower will remain in same position, apart from installing new shower head.
