General renovations

Hi there. I have a few general jobs that need doing on a single story 2brm block unit in Tahunanui. Ideally I would like a handyperson that can do all the jobs rather than dealing with separate tradespeople for each job. 1. Moisture barrier underfloor 50m2 for Healthy Homes compliance. Easy access but low gap height of approx 500mm. The space is all cleaned out ready to go. 2. Replace toilet louvre window with a Healthy Homes compliant window. 3. Remove bricks on the wall and floor that surrounded a removed fireplace. Replace Pinex ceiling tiles where chimney was removed. I have the tiles. 4. Hide tv cable hanging down. Replace ceiling tile or fill hole. 5. New rear fence and gate. Approx 2 metres of wooden fence plus a gate. To be maximum height allowed. 6. Clear an overflowing gutter.
