I live in a small 2 bd 1950s ex state house with a downstairs garage that has a room already in there ,its got concrete floors,I'm wanting to line it and put in shower and toilet and making it warm and cozy, replacing the old concertina doors and potentially - maybe underfloor heating It's about 20sq,opens at the back of garage to under the house .
