Add a bathroom downstairs

Plan for a new bathroom: Preferred option is to put a door in a concrete block wall and build under the house (back half of house is only 1 upper storey, minimal excavation needed in under-house storage area). If that is too difficult / costly then we could probably use space in the back of garage, with some remodelling to connect it as an ensuite to adjacent downstairs bedroom. I can make an accurate plan drawing.
