Job description
* Modify 4x walls in kitchen to open up floor plan. These don't appear to be load-bearing, but this will require builder's verification. * The walls currently contain electrical wiring/switches which will need to be relocated. * There is a hot water cylinder in an adjacent closet that will need to be relocated approx. 1 meter. * Two walls will need to be re-framed for new doorways. * Timeframes are flexible, but completion within 2 months would be preferred.

Good quality work under budget by Allister's team. They were professional and flexible to changes requested during the job. There were a couple times it was unclear when someone would arrive to complete work, but this had minimal impact on the completion timeframe.
