Shower and toilet install

We will remove the existing bath and we will do the finishing work after new shower has been installed. We will remove the existing shower after new shower has been installed. The new toilet will go where the old shower has been removed against an outside wall that has access to an existing sewer from toilet next door. The new shower size will be 1200 x 900 and has not been purchased yet. We have attached a plan of the work. The time frame would be: 1. New shower installed after we remove bath. 2. We then remove old shower. 3. New toilet installed.
