Replacing dated and old bathroom.

Replace shower, bath, vanity and toilet. I can remove all of the old fixtures and fittings. There will be some new gib board to fit, I'll be buying all new items like the shower, bath, vanity and sink, new toilet and taps. The bath will be an island type bath. I'm not moving any of the services like water pipes, drains if it doesn't need it. The lino flooring will also be removed and replaced with tiles. I'm basically replacing all of the bathroom, it'll be a complete change. The size of the replacement fixtures will be the same/similar to what is currently fitted.
