Full Reno Kitchens and Bathrooms

4 bathrooms and a couple of kitchens need to be gutted and updated. Needs full reno, new carpet, wallpaper to come off walls, interior and exterior painting, new bathrooms, kitchens, floor sanding and polishing, new flooring in wet areas possibly hybrid flooring, landscaping, possibly a deck and pergola at the back for outdoor entertainment. All windows and doors will need to be assessed, lighting, all electricals updated, plumbing to be assessed, new roof, scaffold access for roofers and painters, cladding assessed.
