Add shower toilet and basin to shed office

We want to put a shower, toilet and basin into our shed office so it can be used as a self contained sleep out. It will need to go through a macerator to pump to the septic tank. Some of the external plumbing is already in place to do this. We may have to extend the back office wall into the workshop area as well. So we need a design and plan in the first instance then installation separately if need be.
