Repair / renovation of 2 x 1br units

These units were damaged in the November flooding (internal gutter overflowed). So they need repairing, but it's a good opportunity to renovate as well. Main contractor would need to organise subbies. There are 2 x units, with potentially a 3rd one as well. -Repair internal gutters (x2 total) -Re gib (has been stripped up to 1200mm), some walls are block -Plaster and paint -Carpet laying -New toilet and shower -New kitchen (TBC) -Install bathroom fans and kitchen rangehood The sooner the better, understand most tradies are quite busy though.
