We have obtained Building Consent for a Bathroom Ensuite Addition and require an LBP licenced builder. We have the approved plans and ready to start asap.

Our project did go over budget but we approved all the variations required for the work to be completed. We also sourced our own tiles and hardware for the bathroom (this was due to known supply issues in the market so pre-purchased and booked in tilers. Paul and the Team did an excellent job and Paul was great with communication all the way through the project . Very reliable team and we appreciate all their hard work to complete the project.
