Bathroom remodel

We are looking to remodel our out dated and small bathroom. We want to put in a bath (where an old one was taken out before we purchased the house), put in the vanity and refit the shower. There will be some tile work and replacement of gib/ waterproofing/ plastering. We would like to do the final paint ourselves as well as the beginning demo. Bath/shower/vanity and tap ware will all be provided. We are putting the bath and vanity in their original positions so the plumbing shouldn't need to be moved. Flooring is currently linoleum (fairly new) which we want to put laminate or the likes on top of.
