Replace shower with a square shower unit and replace the vanity. Remove bath. Replace toilet and add tiny hand basin in the toilet which backs onto the existing bathroom vanity wall. Maybe a small tiled backslash above vanity (Not sure at this stage) Bathroom is 2.150 x 2.8 and toilet is 1.75 x 0.90.
