Ensuite added to Master Bedroom

We have recently purchased an old villa and would like some renovation work to be done on the inside. This work will require a builder, plumber and electrician We are wanting an ensuite to be added to the master bedroom - we expect this will entail moving the current door way to another wall to gain entry into the bedroom and then allow an ensuite to be added. Removal of the existing wardrobe, add in new walls for ensuite – size approx. 2700 long x 1000 wide – Council consent will be required for this work so plans will need to be done. We believe viewing will need to be done prior to the work being carried out as it may not be a viable option and/or there could be other ways of adding in the ensuite that we have not thought about. If it can be done, we will look at a --- shower, small vanity and toilet to be fitted. If you are interested in this work, please get in touch.
