Open plan - Load bearing wall removal and reinforcement for roof

I am removing part of a structural wall between lounge and kitchen to make the house open plan with a new big archway and I need a reinforcing beam put in to support the roof. I am doing all the building work surrounding this myself. Removal of old chimney, removal of old wardrobes and doubled up wall, removal of old kitchen cupboards, removal of jib and stuff down to bare load bearing studs. When its ready for the structural studs to come out and get the roof supported by a new beam going across, thats when I need someone who will guide me through the consent process and do all that structural checking and sign off etc...then also do that part of the work for me, thanks. I will then finish off any other interior reno myself, after that structural part has been done and is signed off. I am expecting this to occur in the next 1-2 months if possible.
