General Renovation

It’s a 1925 house. We would like to renovate the kitchen, add french doors, new deck, sanding of the floors, renovation of entire bathroom, adding another powder room cum toilet, new laundry room, paintings, removing scrib wallpaper. New fencing. Bathroom to include a bath, shower, toilet and double sinks.
