joining hallway to Laundry/garage. Alongside lounge

We need to join the garage to the house. there is a undercover deck/patio running from the laundry to the house (alongside the living room). Approx 8 square metres. We need to gib the brick , move the existing joinery to the outside of patio, also add some wooden joinery windows to fill the space above the doors. concrete the floor to make it same level (one step) . Needs to be finished so we can paint and do flooring. Hope this makes sense.
