Standard Kitchen Removal/Install

In the coming weeks I will have a Mitre 10 kitchen arriving that will need to be installed. I'm looking for someone that will remove the old cabinetry and wall tiles, install the new kitchen, and get my plumber and electrician in to deal to the sink and electrical connections. I don't mind if you'd prefer to use your own plumber/electrician, whatever is easier. I just want to get someone lined up prior to everything arriving.
