New Kitchen

Hi there. We take possession of a property in Kuripini Masterton late April. We want to look at modernising the kitchen and potentially opening up the wall to the lounge to make it more open plan. So either kitchen design, or kitset plus able to faciltate / undertake structural work. We don't know whether the wall is load bearing or not. The kitchen is not large. In doing this we may also want to replace the hot water cylinder which is in a cupboard at the other end of the kitchen and see if the fridge could go there instead and move the hot water cylinder outside. We need this done within a short timeframe in order to get the property rented. Photo attached of existing kitchen.
