Hi. We need to replace the current bathroom door with a sliding door. Repaint throughout, replace floor (extent unknown, could be just a matter of replacing the lino with something nicer), replace the vanity, and add a high volume extractor fan. There might also be a bit of a leak issue behind the shower. Basically, we need to fix the current issues and make it look nice. We don't need anything too flash, but different budget options and ideas would be appreciated. Cheers.
