New bathroom.

Hi, I'm putting in a new bathroom (nothing existing) into a sleep out. The problem is, there's approx. 30 metres between the sleep out and main sewage line from the main house. The property's landscape is also flat giving no real fall for the sewage waste to run between the two properties. So far there's talk about a pump and tank which I don't especially like the idea of as both will require maintenance on-going costs to maintain, and who knows when the pump could decide to stop working. My budget is approx. 8k including GST. Note: This is just for the plumbing. The building of the actual bathroom is separate. I'm after alternative solutions to installing a tank and pump if there are any out there.
