Job description
I need an extractor fan installed in the kitchen of my rental property. The job will involve removal or adaptation of existing cabinet above oven and installation of extractor fan.

CK completed part of the agreed job to a good standard. However, he did not clean up well before he left. He has failed to return to complete the other part of the agreed job - installation of a new bathroom extractor. CK has not responded to my texts and I am yet to see an invoice for the work he did complete.
