Repair or replace kitchen cupboard doors and draws?

I have lived in my home for 17 years, so no idea when the last owner renovated the kitchen. As seen in the photos wear and tear ageing damage, wanting advise to whether or not these can be refaced or would i have to do the whole kitchen. I have no idea on costing so cant give an expected cost as don't even know which way to go. There is 13 that have this wear and tear,rest of kitchen if fine.
