Shower leak & rotten floor from leak
Job description
Our shower appears to be leaking as we found the floor in the bedroom behind the shower is rotting under the carpet. Our jobs are 1) find any leaks in the shower and repair, and 2) repair the rotten timber floor (and wall) damage caused by the leaking. (Not sure of the state of the wall) If you are only able to do one of the jobs above please say which one.

Luis conveys himself as real professional and specialist in this job. I'm glad I chose him and feel confident the problem is well and truly fixed. Some of the final silicon was a bit messy so I have to tidy them up around the edges, but a small detail.
