We unfortunately had a gradual leak behind shower mixer. Have had this sealed off and assessor came and we got paid out. We are needing now to know extent of damage, advice on what our next steps are. What we can and cannot do what we should and should not do. We currently have a shower over bath ... not working as it is sealed off. We will need New vanity installed Wall behind shower fixing assessed and fixed if needed. New shower head and mixer installed. Bath screen installed or remove and replace with shower only. Flooring installed something waterproof. We are willing to pull up existing lino, remove existing tiles, remove existing vanity anything to cut costs. Help!
