Bathroom Renovation: Main and Ensuite

Our goal is to renovate the bathrooms before Christmas this year with minimal cost. REQUIRED: Installation of continuous flow hot water system: we will provide the hot water system (Rinnai), we are currently using hot water cylinder Main bathroom and toilet (3030mm x 2700mm) ==================================== Replace ceiling (or part of it) Replace tiles Replace taps and mixers Install new shower, bath, toilet, vanity into original location Install new heated towel rail into original location Optional: Re-gib with GIB aqualine (full waterproof), only if required Re-paint, or we can do this Replace the windows Ensuite (3330mm x 1350mm) ======================= Replace ceiling (or part of it) Re-gib with GIB aqualine (full waterproofing) Replace tiles Replace taps and mixers Install new shower, toilet, vanity into original location Electrical: new towel rail, new sockets, update lighting, extractor fan, heater Optional: Install sliding door to walk-in wardrobe Repaint, or we can do this Additional Work =============== Paint new doors Install new doors and door knobs
