Island renovation with benchtop re-use

Hello, We have an old island with a benchtop (photos attached). We wish to replace cabinets and add new piece 300-400mm of white benchtop(can be an offcut), so it will be a breakfast bar. New cabinets design is attached. However, feel free to advise if you can make it more cost effective. It would be great if we could have similar Shaker cabinet style, which you can see at the back on photos. This should be a budget option, no need to choose expensive materials stone, etc. We wish to have the work done as soon as possible. P.S. we also need to buy a black toe kick panel for our kitchen.
