We bought this property 5 years ago with a minor dwelling that is not CCC approved. However, the previous owner has put in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom in it, LIM report shows it was not consented. We use it as our gym room through out these few years, Now was thinking of upgrading it to make it a rental investment. Hence we are looking into recladding the exterior (current one now is only metal garage exterior). As well as insulating of the wall during the recladding, changing the window frames to double glazing, upgrade floors to laminated flooring, and renovate kitchen and bathroom as they are quite old.
