Kitchen and bathroom renovation + general works

We are looking for builders who can renovate our existing bathroom and kitchen. We also need to add additional electrical sockets and recessed lighting fixtures plus associated electrical wiring and switchboard upgrades if needed. There are several skirting boards at low level and backing plasterboard that have moulded - these will need fixing. Build 3 bedroom, 1 lounge, 1 dining. Total 90sqm floor area. Scope Kitchen (2.5W x 2.6L x 2.4H) Removal of existing floor and wall tiles. Install new floor tiles only (walls to be repainted) Remove and install new cabinetry and benchtops Remove and install new cooktop and sink Potentially install water filter New electrical socket (We will supply tiles, sink and cooktop) Laundry room (2.2W x 1.4L x 2.4H) Removal of existing floor tiles. Install new floor tiles only (walls to be repainted) New electrical socket Bathroom + toilet + connected vanity room (approx. 3.1W x 3.4L x 2.4H) Removal and install new vanity + mirror, bathtub, toilet, shower. Install fully tiled bathroom, half tiled toilet room and vanity room (including waterproofing) – currently vinyl with skirting. Install new in-ceiling ducted extract fan. Plumbing works for new mixing valves/faucets Install new handrail and ceiling mounted heating lamp. New electrical socket in vanity room. Potentially some very minor partition demo. Small bulkhead in bathroom to be re-gibbed. (We will supply shower, bathtub, vanity, tiles, fixtures, handrail, heating light) General Light fixtures are currently hanging type throughout - to be replaced with recessed. Additional light fixtures and associated light switches where required to be added to following – 1 per bedroom, 1 in dining room, 2 in living room, 5 outdoor type lights. Additional electrical socket per bedroom and living room. Entrance lobby to be tiled (1sqm approx.) 2 x bedrooms have molded on low level skirts and backing gib. Needs refurb/replace. Timeframe Available to begin after Covid19 Level 3 lockdown lifted.
