Renovation of a self-contained flatlet. Principally bathroom. I am seeking a suitably qualified builder with trade contacts to complete the carpentry work required and co-ordinate associated trade work. Trade Work Schedule is available. Supply of building materials to be provided by the carpenter. All fixtures and fittings to be supplied by owner.
