Kitchen Upgrade

This is a limited kitchen renovation for a rental property in South Auckland. The scope of the renovation is: 1. Replace the benchtop (water damaged), splashback and basin on one side of the kitchen. 2. Replace the rangehood with a new more powerful unit 3. Also provide an additional quote for applying the new benchtop across the whole kitchen Please note: - I'm flexible when the work takes place but it needs to be completed before Christmas at the latest, I'd prefer October or November - For quoting access to the property can be arranged via my property manager - The new benchtop surface should be durable and cost effective - consistent in style/colour with the current material
