bathroom renovation

bathroom is about 9 sq metres. I want to remove the shower and tub and replace with just a shower in the corner. Replace old toilet and vanity and shift these to the wall on the right. Replace old ceiling and add new lighting. add power point next to the vanity. Add cabinet with mirror doors above vanity. Replace old bathroom door. Add towel rail and re-attach HRV fan duct and add tile flooring
