Bathroom reno in 1959 house, Maraetai: We need a builder who can install bathroom fixtures and do a few basic renovations (eg window angle; frame for shower box; and waterproofing). Council consent has come thru. Builder needs to be an approved waterproofer with mapelastic aquadefence products. We have someone lined up to do the tiling and should be able to get a local electrician/plumber. Flexible re time frames - Can start any time in the next couple months
