Internal remodelling/ renovation

Living room renovation. I have 2 load bearing walls that need to be removed with steel beams installed overhead. Fireplace removed replaced with French doors. New deck on the outside(less than 1m high). I have plans drafted and is currently getting Council consent. These can be sent through to provide a quote.
