Shower retile and vanity replacement

We have a shower with a glass door and side panels fixed to shower tiles. The tiles are coming away from the wall, which means the glass doesn't align properly. It looks like we need the glass taking out and I'd image the shower needs completely retiling and waterproofing. At the same time, we'd like to remove a vanity unit and replace with a new one.
