Full Renovation of 3 areas.

I have 3 spaces to completely strip of wall boards (including some ceiling area), insulate, move some networking cables ( I will do this) and replace with new plasterboard. The rooms are as follows 3x4m room. 1 wall already complete. 3 walls to do including some additional framing to cover pipework from the toilet. The floor also requires raising by approx 50mm to align with the adjoining room. Lastly there is a door to remove, frame up and plasterboard. The second room is a laundry/toilet combined. 3x3m. Toilet is seperate. Requires full strip out and plasterboard, also a dryer outlet installed. lastly, the final room is an L shaped hallway. all up about 6m long. Has 4 standard door frames that I would like to replace and the hot water cupboard door also to replace. Insulated and then plasterboarded. some ceiling work may be required. Skirting required to be fitted to all rooms. Would potentially like all rooms gib stopped ready for painting as well. Could lead to 3 bedrooms being renovated also.
