Job description
Conversion of existing lined utility room into habitable space. Floor area around 25 square metres. Add new bathroom with shower, basin and WC, new ceiling insulation, recarpeting, replacing windows, change hot water cylinder to LPG gas heating. Building consent approved, plans available on request. Need to be done before early June 2017.

Mark did an excellent job with our alteration and helped us arrange for plumber, electrician, window installers and inspections. He is very responsive in communications, all messages/emails are replied within a short time. Additional work had to be done during the job, we were well informed of the cost and were charged fairly. Overall the job finished within our expected cost. The duration taken was longer for reasons that are unforeseeable. Would definitely use him and his team again!
