Job description
Keen to hear availability a ballpark costing for options, especially if can be done within the next month or two. Bathroom upgrade in an original 1980s family home that is now a rental: The main pressing issues are: 1. The tiled shower has some cracks opening up, the tiles are attached to old hardboard. Expect to reline the shower area with villaboard and install new 3 sided --- shower 2. The tiles on the remaining walls are also attached to hardboard and have been coming loose and dropping off the wall. Expect to reline with aquagib 3. There is some water marking in the corner of the ceiling - need to check this out for leak from pipe or roof 4. Vanity needs replacing. If possible, would be good to talk options and rough pricing on the phone before arranging site visit for a more detailed quote
