bathroom floor and walls makeover

Our bathroom is 3.05m wide x 2.30m deep and the loo is 0.90m wide x 2.30m deep. We'd like to have a new bath put into a frame and then included in the tiling of the bathroom to make a wet room, i.e.the bath should sit in a tiled frame, and the floor should have a little slope towards the drain and be tiled completely. The walls in the corner where the shower and bath is should be tiled floor to ceiling (or nearly to the ceiling). The other bathroom walls should be painted with splashproof paint. In the loo we'd like a tiled floor and new paint on walls and ceiling. Our budget is fairly low so we're keen to talk about whether or not what we want is possible at all. The photos are quite old - we've ripped off the wallpaper since, but they give an impression of the rooms. Please be advised we will be asking for a reference of some completed jobs and we will be checking them out.
