Ensuite renovation and gibbing ceiling of rumpus room

We want to put in a new shower and toilet in our upstairs ensuite bathroom. The ceiling will need to be gibbed (currently it is pinex). The old shower has been taken out ready to put the new one in. We want to put in a standard molded shower with a shower dome. We would prefer a tradie who can also do the gibstopping on the ceiling and be able to finish it to be paint ready if this is possible. We also want the ceiling of our large rumpus room (approx 670 x 350) gibbed. This is also currently pinex and has some water damage. These two jobs would probably work better with a two-person team than a solo tradie.
