Plumb bath and overhead shower

We are replacing our shower with a bath and an over bath shower. We're looking for a plumber to plumb the bath for us. We will be doing the gib, tiling and any electrical work ourselves. We will also remove the shower ourselves. We need an estimate of the cost to plumb in the bath and advice on where the drainage hole might be so that we can lay tiles accordingly. We also require advice on the types of taps and shower fitting we should be looking at. The shower drainage hole is estimated to move about 0.3m more away from the wall.
