Bathroom reno

We have an old bathroom that has been emptied out and needs some work to become an ensuite. It is around 2m x 3m. We currently have a plumber lined up but he wants us to get the base work done before he can assess properly. Needs whole new floor and a corner added and will need some tiling work done also.
