Bedroom reline and insulate with probable structural repair

Strip reline and insulate exterior walls of corner bedroom, built in palmet requires replacement as leak in tile roof has caused soft "rot" in board. There looks to be a repair to section of top plate required. We expect additional cost once fiberboard lining removed. Exterior wall is rough cast stucco approx 50-75mm thick.first photo of soft spot. Second photo is of room from door. Third shows ceiling detail.
