new bathroom layout

I am looking at renovating my bathroom and toilet. It requires the Old shower, bath tub, vanity and the toilet removed. The old tiles lifted (to keep cost/time frame down i am willing to remove the wall tiles and floor tiles) and new tiles put down (approx 1.1 square metre for the toilet area to be tiled. approx 2.8 square metre area for the bathroom area). A new Shower bath, toilet and a new vanity installed, some new gib in the area the old bath tub was. i'll need a plumber to fit the Shower bath mixer and drain. To fit the vanity taps and drain (the lay out of the New shower bath and vanity will use the plumbing already in place so shouldn't need moving. just the old bath tub tap lines and drain capped/removed) and fit a new toilet. i'll need a electrician to fit a heated towel rail and a heat/light/fan combo in the ceiling (there is a power point on the other side of the wall and old night stall wires in the wall where we wish to put the heated towel rail, there is an existing fan in the ceiling which we would like removed and the hole patched as the new one will be in the centre of the room where the light is currently). We have young children so need the job to be done smartly. We will source the Shower bath, vanity, toilet, tap ware and floor tiles. Looking at getting this done February 2018
