Bathroom and external reno's

Our Ensuite needs finishing, Bath is installed but needs framing out around it, put up ceritone. some walls need gibbing, plus fit vanity. Extra work outside includes replacing Facia boards and a couple of bits of roofing iron need replacing. Wife wants a couple of garden edges done as well but don't worry if that doesnt interest you. We are keen to move on so just want it done asap... but know everyones tapped out at mo..
