We are wanting to add a second lounge to our existing home in Mount Taylor. We have a 1/2 acre section and spoken to the Manawatu District council (MDC) - they have advised we are allowed to add on provided we are 9 metres from the front and 6 metres from the side boundaries. We would like a quote and some advice on the best place to add this second lounge please. Please note the budget we have set is just a guess as we are completely unsure of how much this would cost hence why we would like a quote but are keen to get this started as soon as possible.
