Bathroom renovation

My bathroom needs gutting and started again. Holes in floor, possible rotten floor joists. I think the bottom part of the walls are rotten around the bath tub too. The bath tub can go, I only need the shower. I also want a new window. Possibly move bathroom door to gain more room inside the bathroom. Also the weatherboards outside the bathroom are rotten.
