Replace vanity, bath & toilet in older house.

Keen to get a quote for this job. At this stage just wanting to replace the vanity and bath, as well as the toilet. Won't be looking at high end vanities - more around $4-500 max for vanity, up to $600 for bath and up to $200 for toilet. My measurements were: vanity - 107cm wide 76.5 tall Bath approx 167 long and 75 wide There is a 23cm gap between bath and vanity.
