Laundry Reno - Plumbing/Wall/Floor repairs

Doing a mini laundry renovation. Have pulled out the old laundry tub, and wanting to adjust the plumbing so we can install a dishwasher and front loader washing machine side by side in our small space. Plasterboard wall behind where the sink was is mouldy, so thinking those pieces will need replacing? Subfloor (chipboard) also not in great condition, and no actual flooring on top of this - not sure what the best thing to do for this is. Replace part of the chipboard or just top it with some sort of flooring for under the dishwasher? Measurements of the space: 510mm deep x 560mm wide x 920ish high (height of the exposed/mouldy plasterboard section)
